This hearty but soft wheat bread has crunchy walnuts and a hint of honey. The aromas while baking are magnificent! Jack says each bread I make is his new favorite. I think he really means it, too.

Gorgeous! I happen to have both honey and walnuts in my home, sadly no machine but I think I can give me arms a good workout! 🙂 I really do love the smell of honey baked bread though, I’ve heard honey mead os also fabulous. There’s an Australian beer called beez neez, Los of great honey/yeast tones too!
We’re anticipating life on the boat when we won’t have a bread machine either, so let us know how it works!
